We can prepare many items with as little as 24 hours notice, however we do not guarantee a full service if less than 7 days notice is given

Please give 48 hours written notice for cancellations, or the full price may be charged.

We are open Monday-Friday and half days on Sunday. Weekend orders will carry a surcharge.

A delivery charge of £6 minumum will be incurred for deliveries outside of WC1, WC2, SE1, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4 and E1.

Our normal office hours are 9am to 9pm. Once an order is placed you will be given an emergency contact number

Invoices will be subject to value added tax at the prevailing rate.

Our payment term is 28 days if credit has been given

Our products may contain nut traces or nuts

Invoice queries must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Complaints regarding food or service must be made within 24 hours of delivery

If credit is not given:

A non returnable deposit of 10% is payable to secure your booking
50% of the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event, with the outstanding balance due on the day prior to the event
All dates remain as open and book-able until such time as a deposit payment and written conformation have been received.
No catering service will be provided by Al Volo if our payment terms are not adhered to.
At times it may be necessary due to seasonal or supplier circumstances beyond our control to vary the menu. Substitutes will be of equal value and we will endeavour to inform you of any changes prior to your event. .

Al Volo does not accept any liability for non-completion or delays of the event in the unlikely result of adverse weather conditions, traffic accident or road closure, civil riots or strikes. Fire, flood or any other act of god or natural disaster, or any other event which is beyond the reasonable control of Al Volo.
